Over 140 Energy Force Enhancements

You rely on Energy Force every day to support your operation. Our software teams have been busy improving the Energy Force experience, rolling out more than 140 enhancements in 2024 and 2025 alone. These improvements were all driven by customer feedback and designed to make the platform more efficient, secure, and intuitive.
Here are a few of the highlights from our most recent updates
- OptimizerPlus: Now supports route planning by business unit and location, plus faster processing speeds and simplified route simulation
- Safety Forms (Phase 1): Supports suspected gas leak documentation and safety compliance, with permanent customer account storage
- Tank Enhancements: Expanded descriptions, standing PO fields, GPS validation on call-in entries, and automatic purchase order population to tablets
- Consumer Portal Integration: Process credit cards and ACH payments directly in Energy Force, with saved methods and automatic voids syncing with NMI
- Energy Track v2: The redesign is a modern interface with improved tank selection, enhanced visibility for call-ins and customer info, and streamlined delivery screens
- Security & Reporting: Active Directory password upgrades, new Julian Exception Report, sales and optimizer reports exporting to Excel, and history downloads now functioning properly
