Powering Up: New Energy Force Enhancements

Our Energy development team is continually adding features and enhancing the functionality of Energy Force, providing streamlined fuel and propane delivery software that improves your business processes and advances your organization’s bottom line.

Recently, our Energy Product Manager, Lauren Althoff, hosted a webinar on the latest updates to SSI Energy. Enhancements made to Energy Force are available now, ready to improve your daily workflows!

Recent Energy Force Updates

  1. Filtered Views- Keep users focused and efficient with Filtered Views, an Energy Force function that filters customer information by location or division. With Filtered Views, the Customer Maintenance page initially filters to show active customers, which can be set to include inactive customers by simply checking a box at the bottom of the page. Providing access to these refined views streamlines the workflow and minimizes data clutter for Energy Force users.
  2. Market-Based Pricing- Manually add or import market-based pricing per tank, which will be carried into EnergyTrack. Ensuring that customers utilizing market-based pricing receive their agreed-upon price at delivery.
  3. Edit past due alerts in EnergyTrack- You can now set your own past due alert within EnergyTrack! Modify system settings to send alerts for past-due notices at 30, 60, or 90 days past due. This capability enables you to determine when to alert drivers that a tank has an overdue balance.
  4. Updates to Invoices- Invoices from Energy Force have been modified to better define line-item amounts, providing a more intuitive style that protects customers from confusion when reviewing invoices.
  5. Refined Contracts- Gallons are now required on contracts to protect users from situations of contracts with zero quantity. Avoid contract errors with this contract update today!
