Lori Potter Named Director of Sales and Marketing at SSI

SSI proudly announces the promotion of Lori Potter to Director of Sales and Marketing. Lori leads the sales and marketing teams in this role, providing a voice behind SSI’s industry-leading brands, Agvance and Energy Force. Together with her team, she helps businesses align their needs with software solutions. Her leadership and deep understanding of SSI’s mission will further strengthen the company’s commitment to helping agriculture retailers grow.

Since joining SSI in 2013 as a Customer Support Advisor, Lori has been a trusted advocate for both customers and colleagues. With her dedication to customer success, Lori has a talent for nurturing relationships and account management which has seamlessly transitioned into sales leadership. In 2023, she was promoted to National Sales Manager, and as of January 2025, she now serves as a key member of SSI’s senior leadership team.

Lori holds a master’s degree in administration and brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Based at SSI’s headquarters in Shelbyville, Illinois, she works closely with Agvance and Energy Force customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring they receive the support and solutions needed for business growth.
