Throughout the past year, our customer support team has achieved a remarkable 99% satisfaction rating, a testament to their dedication and commitment to excellence.

After every support call or when a support ticket is resolved, we invite our customers to share their feedback regarding their experience. We are thrilled to report that an outstanding 99% of respondents expressed happiness or satisfaction with the service provided by SSI!
