The SSI Customer Support Team has Received a 99% Happiness and Satisfaction Rating from Customers!

In celebration of Customer Service Week, SSI would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for our exceptional customer support staff and the incredible dedication they demonstrate every day. Throughout the past year, our customer support team has achieved an impressive 99% satisfaction rating, a testament to their hard work and commitment to excellence.

After every support call or when a support ticket is resolved, we invite our customers to share their feedback regarding their experience. We are thrilled to report that an outstanding 99% of respondents expressed happiness or satisfaction with the level of service provided by SSI! Pam Rincker, our CEO and President, highlighted the remarkable achievement of our Customer Support Team, noting that they successfully handled over 41,000 calls in just one year.

The commitment of our support team to maintain high standards is evident in their performance; in 2023, they achieved a commendable 98% satisfaction rating. This remarkable consistency speaks volumes to their dedication to serving our customers.

Our Customer Service Team is not only an invaluable resource for our clients but also for our colleagues within SSI. They offer comprehensive customer training sessions, product demonstrations, and assistance with product implementation. Additionally, they act as strong advocates for our customers, ensuring that their voices are heard, and their needs are met. Whenever a question arises, our support team is always ready to lend a helping hand.

If you need help from a Customer Support Team member, call 800-752-7912 and we will get you connected with the right team member. You can also send an email to support@agvance.net or support@energyforce.net.

The Agvance Help Center and EnergyForce Help Center are also great resources. The Help Centers contain a large database of how-to documents and videos on how to maximize your software. You can also request support in Agvance SKY. From there, select the Need Help–Ask button to create a Support Ticket or you can choose to search the Help Resources.
