Spencer Hammer is an Agvance Sales Account Manager with Software Solutions Integrated, LLC (SSI). Spencer’s background has just the right blend of agronomy, ag retail, and customer‑focused sales that makes him an indispensable asset to Agvance customers. He offers a highly valuable, unique perspective. His firsthand field experience gives him a practical, grower‑minded outlook on sales workflow, helping teams connect tools, processes, and relationships to real-world outcomes.

Spencer has extensive knowledge of Agvance programs and is influential in shaping the Agvance product roadmap. When coupled with his industry experience as a former ag retail sales agronomist and crop specialist, as well as his role as a producer on his family farming operation, he easily earns the trust of everyone he works with. Spencer is forward-thinking and is widely regarded as a highly trusted subject-matter expert among his peers.

Spencer began his career at SSI in 2012, working in agronomy support before transitioning to the sales team in 2018. He holds a degree in Agricultural Consumer Economics with a minor in Crop and Soil Management from the University of Illinois.
